Just a Little Update

Hey everyone!! Sorry we have not updated our blog in a while. We have been a little busy. I will start with the gym, It is going wonderful!! We are growing every week!! My job is going great too....Most of the people are wonderful to work with so I at least have a good time when I'm there. Next, a new addition to our family!! Well two actually....Lucy our kitten and our new Flat screen TV!!! We are very excited about both!! Lucy is crazy and loves playing with Lola Bell and the TV will be here just in time for Football Season to start!! Oh yeah...started selling southern living so if anyone needs anything let me know!! I'm not pushy but I will throw a great party for ya!! My sis is also selling a great product..Stella and Dot jewelery!! Beautiful stuff!! Can't wait to have my party in a couple of weeks. Well I guess that is about it. I will post pics up of everything when I get a chance!!

I am officially EMPLOYED!

As many of you know, I have been looking for a job up here since before we got married. I have been lucky enough to have great friends like the Gaskins to let me work at the store a couple of days a week and I have been subbing at the schools in town for a couple of weeks now. Well it finally happened!! I have a real job now!! And it is actually in the field I went to school for! I will be the newest employee of Life Line, which is a diabetic testing supply place. They also sell other medical supplies for arthritis and motorized wheel chairs. I will be their marketing manager. Well they really didn't tell me the title of my job but I know I will be dealing with marketing. I will be getting their name out there and organizing medical fairs and other functions. Im excited because it is going to be a great job with lots of fun people. I really admire Merri Sanderson, the owner, because she has made this company huge in just 2 years. Kenny and I are very excited for this opportunity and we thank God for giving it to us. We would not be where we are with the gym or my new job if it wasn't for him. Oh and by the way..we are up to 270 members as of today!! Less than three months and we almost have 300 members!! He is so good at running this place..I can't wait to get another one up and going one day. Love you all!!

Substitute Teaching

Well, I have not found a job yet but I have been blessed to find something in the mean time. I am officially subbing in Amory School District. I have only been two days, but have enjoyed every minute of it. Im not sure if I like it so much because I feel like I am finally in charge of something or if I just love kids so much. I even got a not saying i was the best teacher ever!! How sweet is that!! I have talked to a few people about maybe going back and getting my education degree and becoming a teacher so its a thought. God puts us into situations for a reason and I totally agree this is no different. I am going back to pearl this weekend for some doctor apps and to spend time with my family that i miss so much!! I can't wait!! I will miss my husband like crazy though....he has no idea how much he makes my day better all the time!! I also want to praise the Lord because the gym is going so good right now and my cousin Anna passed her boards!! So to my family, I will see you tomorrow!! Our Gym

Well, I would like to show you our baby. Oh no its not a living, breathing, human or animal, but it is just as important. This is our gym. And it is going great! We are living in a small town, as my sister has drilled into every one's head on her blog, but it was still in need of a nice place to work out that was convenient for everyone. That's where we came in. We are right on target with all our project numbers and everything is going great!! We are really so happy up here and the town really isn't that small. It is very close to Tupelo. I can even get to the mall within like 20 minutes!! We have also made some great friends who have been kind enough to help me out and let me work a couple of days a week at their boutique store. But please pray that I find a big girl job soon! I know my daddy will be so disappointed in me if I don't use my degree!! ha ha....Well I will post some more pics I promise when we get into anything up here. Love you and MISS YOU!!

Well, Its official!! We got married!! December 20, 2008, Kenny and I got hitched!! It was an exciting day to say the least. And the start of an even more exciting honeymoon!! Stranded in Jamaca, flights delayed, jamacan hotel, and the Airports!! Oh My it was an adventure!! But we had a great time and are home now in Amory, Ms with our new gym and our sweet little Lola!! God is Good and so is life right now for us!!
